I can’t resist cute cupcakes liners, especially on trips to TJMaxx or Marshals {they have the best}. Needless to say I’ve collected a few too many over time. I came across this pin today and can’t get over this genius idea. A spaghetti jar is now on my list to purchase.

Every time I visit my girlfriend in NYC, we have a reoccurring joke that I have to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts before I do anything else. I have a huge love for donuts, and thankfully there isn’t a donut shop around where I live or work, I wouldn’t have any self-control if there was. I came across this donut recipe that Joy the Baker shared, and now I know what my next kitchen purchase will be, a donut pan. How great do these look? Very doubtful that mine will turn out as pretty, but I can’t wait to give the recipe a try.

How is today August 1? I feel like Memorial day was last week. My summer to-do list is pretty lengthy for the end of summer to be quickly approaching. I still have a few seasonal recipes I must try. I better start now, because with how fast time is flying by Christmas will be here before we know it.

Sometimes the best desserts are the easiest. This one is a favorite of mine. Just a few slice and bake cookies {I used the minis}, a little ice cream and some sprinkles to top it off. Very simple and such a treat.

This time of year, baking is more a part of my weekly routine then ever. I came across this simple recipe, which turned out delicious and perfect for a chilly morning. The combination of the apple, brown sugar and brie is perfect! Not to mention the fluffy pastry.
As lame as it may sound, I have zero plans for Halloween this year, and to be honest I am perfectly happy with it. I plan on doing a little baking and having a night in. How great are all these Halloween treats?
