Dear Santa

Our family picks names every year and we always share a little wish list. I enjoy creating my list and wanted to give you a glimpse, plus a few more for good measure.

This cashmere scarf is one of my favorite winter pieces in my closet, I was gifted the gray one a few years back and must get the camel color. Great price point too at $50.

I am addicted to my Lake pajamas and would love to continue my collection.

The domino set is a reach, but Mexican train is favorite of my families to play. And this is the MOST chic set I have seen.

We took a trip to the Bahamas last week and I have been eyeing all the rattan and cane since I have been back, this lamp is a STEAL at under $150.

How beautiful is this hand painted bowl?! Would be such a fun addition to the table.

What’s on your list?

SHOP MY LIST –

Hello….

…is this thing on… it’s been FAR too long since my last post! So many exciting things happening – my boyfriend proposed in October, the holidays are upon us and we are in full wedding planning mode – needless to say the celebrations have not stopped!

I can’t believe the year is almost over and Christmastime is here. Every year I look forward to slowing down and enjoying the season with my friends and family. It’s a running joke in my family that once December 1 rolls around they can expect my wish list in their inbox! Sharing a peek at my wish list below.

Coffee Table Book – Being newly engaged my eyes are on all things bridal! This book was one of the first things on my list – the most chic bridal inspiration! Not to mention will look great on my coffee table.

Structured Tote – I need a new tote that I can fit everything and won’t lose its shape; this one fits the bill. And it’s on Amazon Prime – win!

Oversized Bracelets – Seems like I have been collecting bracelets lately – how great is this lucite one?!

Casual Sneakers – My white sneakers have seen better days and I am need of an upgrade.

Hyped Facial Products – In 2019 I want to take better care of my skin and this three-step process has amazing reviews.

Checked Bag – truth is I already purchased this one for myself. I needed a bag that I could check for an upcoming trip and the price and style was right on this one.

First Comes Love

I think I am in the same boat as a lot of people my age, the invites keep rolling in. My refrigerator door is covered in wedding showers, parties and wedding invitations. I typically shop off the registry for wedding gifts, but for showers and parties I like to buy something different and fun. Something a couple wouldn’t normally buy themselves.  I pulled together a few of my online favorites below. Last minute invite? Head to the housewares section of your local Anthropologie, my go to when I need to pick something up quick.

well wrapped

You have all your gifts, now what? Gather supplies and get to wrapping! I purchase all my wrapping paper from T.J. Maxx or Marshalls and usually stick with basic paper and more festive ribbon. Dollar Tree is the best for boxes and tissue. For tags, I always turn the to the web for free printables. This year, I came across these precious designs which come in two color schemes, one more traditional and one more fun with black and gold. See a peek at one of my wrapped gifts over on instagram!

I did something a little different for this gift guide and reached out straight to the source. I had my boyfriend compile his favorites and I have to say the gift selection is pretty good!
