Who doesn’t love chalk? Takes me back to when I was a kid! I recently had a little fun with chalkboard paint. I collected glass items from around the house and purchased a few as well, and added a personalized touch with chalkboard paint! Such an easy project! I highly encourage you to give it a try as well!

Things you will need:
-chalkboard paint
-paint brush
-painters tape
-glass items {photo frames, canisters, wine carafe, plates etc.}
-chalk

Chalk Tips:
-Allow paint to fully dry before using chalk. According to directions this may take up to 4 days.
-Chalk works best on glass, not plastic.
-Need more items to paint? Ikea, WalMart and Target have a great selection of inexpensive glass items.

Oh, how creative! I love how you used the board to label cheese 😉

I came across the versions below and absolutely love them {and only $10.95}! These would also make for a great {and simple} DIY. Glass bottles from your local craft store and water resistant stickers would do the trick {or even a little chalkboard paint, as demonstrated here}. […]
