I made candy pecans this weekend to accent a cheese plate I had put together. This was the perfect touch and flavor with the cheese selection. Not to mention so easy to make. {full recipe}
1 egg white
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 dash vanilla extract
4 cups pecans
1. Pre-heat oven to 250
2. Mix egg white, brown sugar and vanilla extract together in large bowl
3. Mix in pecans, make sure they are well coated, spread on baking sheet
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, and let cool before serving
