I love, love to bake, but I have to admit I like it simple, nothing too crazy, and not a lot of ingredients. I made this “pie” {it’s a brownie on the bottom} for Christmas and a few times since, it has been an absolute hit! I have to thank my friend for sharing the recipe with me. If ever you need an easy, beautiful and delicious dessert this is it! I also used a gluten free brownie mix for the base, any brownie mix will do. I highly recommend using an oven to table dish {similar one here}, which makes transporting much easier!
