from nola, with love

At times like this it is difficult to write about materialistic things, after all it’s just stuff. ¬†And as we know, way to well, down here in South Louisiana stuff can be replaced. Houses will be rebuilt, life as you knew it will slowly come back together {be patient and YES it will be very frustrating at times}. Communities will join hands and will be stronger than before. You will get through this, I promise, we did. And we continue to, as these terrible storms come ashore year after year.

For my friends on the east coast, we are thinking about you. And trust me we are all too familiar with the very raw emotions you are going through. At the end of the day it’s just stuff, so give thanks for those around you; your family, friends and support groups. And most importantly don’t forget to thank those first responders, energy workers, doctors and nurses who are working around the clock to get you put back together again.
